I write and I  like it.  I am a pastor, and from time to time I have thoughts that fit better on a blog like this than they do from behind the pulpit.  Sometimes they take the form of poetry, other times they take the form of prose.  Hopefully they invoke deeper questions and reflections that lead to conversation.  You’re welcome to read and reflect with me.

What you read here might offend you from time to time.  It might invite you into unfamiliar territory, and it might challenge some things you’ve held very dearly for a very long time.  You’re welcome to leave a comment, but please be respectful.  I do screen comments before they appear in the comments section, so if I feel disrespected, or that your comment does not contribute to the general health of the conversation, I will not post it.
